My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable despite facing some noise issues early in the morning. The spa with a large tub was a great feature to relax after a tiring day. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience.
The hotel is conveniently located in Simi Valley, making it easy to access the main facility from the handicapped parking, which was perfect for me with my 6-month-old baby. The rooms, despite having a bad smell initially, were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The service was top-notch, especially after indulging in the spa bath, with staff members who were kind, patient, and professional. The location, while a bit outdated with uncomfortable furniture in some areas, provided a quiet and secure environment, perfect for a restful stay close to the Reagan Presidential Library. The dining experience was satisfactory, although a wider selection of local fruits would have made it even better. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
